Imposible to use for users with mobile numbers outside its limited list. I will use Uber instead.

Really missing the card payment through the app.
As a Bahraini number I can’t register because it is not included in the prefix.
In Berlin, i use this taxi service as my preferred method for Prepaid/prearranged pickup. Drivers are courteous and professional and they arrive on time or early. I like to schedule my trips in advance via the app. Having a credit card on file works seamlessly. All around, in my experience it’s a great service.
This app doesn’t work. I can’t register. SMS verification doesn’t work. Blah.
Honestly I wish I could rate it lower. When making an account I put my card in but when I tried to verify number it never texted me. I tried multiple times and now it showed that I can now longer use my number. Terrible app.
US customer trying to set up app to use while in Spain. Confirmation code is not received.
This taxi app is OK if you want to use cash payments. But, if you want to pay with PayPal or your credit card FORGET IT! No matter how many times I have tried to enter my credit card information and my PayPal information and request that it be used to pay for a cab ride, it just will not do it. My credit card is accepted, my PayPal account is approved, the app will not allow me to use either method of payment.
Broken app - cannot register. During registration it immediately displays “No more text messages can be sent to xxxxxxx”. So it cannot verify my phone. No text messages were sent
App is too stupid to recognize US phone numbers, so it won’t let you book, even with confirmed payments
I have an American telephone number. To verify a telephone number the app uses SMS/text messages. I tried countless times to verify my number—both in the US and in Europe— but I never received the registration SMS. There is no other way to register. Developers: Please fix your app!!
Can’t register with a US phone number with error message saying SMS can’t be sent to that number. So tourists need local phone number to use I guess.
Once chosen the credit card you would expect that you do t need anything else. But you have to do more manual work rather than payment in cash.
3 of the last 4 taxis ordered in Karlsruhe with the app showed the taxi approaching, at the pickup address and then on the way to my destination without the taxi being at my location. When I call dispatch the taxi that they send ends up being the original taxi I saw “approaching”. I can see the taxi number in the app so I know it’s the same taxi. I’m not enjoying having to call dispatch to repeat an order. I only started having this problem late January- recent app update?
Tried this app during a trip to Paris during the Metro strike. Seems to work fine until I actually tried to book a ride. Every time I simply get “Error”, and cannot actuall get a ride booked. This might be a good alternative to Uber if only it worked.
The app is great and I’m not sure why but the taxing driver was a kilometer away from our house waiting and there was no way to call her. We had just called another taxi when she showed up 20 minutes late! The idea of the app is good but I wouldn’t trust again to get to the airport on time. On the plus side, one she showed up, our driver was very nice and the taxi was spotless.
I say I want to keep signed in and it keeps logging me out
Tried it three times. Never got me a taxi. Worst app. No wonder why Uber succeeds!
App won’t take credit card. Driver won’t take payment from app either. Used to get riders only. He said rates are completely wrong. From what I saw, I actually agree.
We requested a ride, got the price. Got in the taxi and the meter ran up every minute. It DOUBLED what we thought we were paying and the driver didnt speak english. When I called the “service number” in the app, they advised they didnt even work for them. Had no idea what it was. And theres no way to see where you are because the app freezes.
Latest upgrade has limited list of international country codes to support the requirement of pin confirmation. Was happily using app on prior visits, now stuck. Surprised that the global country code list is overlooked.
A little trouble with cancellation of our first ride, but after that it was okay.
First time using this app. Setting up my account and connecting to a driver were remarkably easy. Hard to identify which taxi was mine without a cab # or vehicle license #. Driver also told me I could not use the app to pay - I had to use my credit card on site. Not sure the advantage over just finding a cab on the street...
This app is clunky and inelegant. Made me stop taking local taxis and switch over to uber
Payment options only works in Berlin it seems. Lots of error messages and takes me often out of the screen I was in previously
I felt bad for the divers I could not connect with. GPS is inaccurate. Gives you misleading arrival times. Sometimes never gets beyond "Processing" requests. Maybe is not app fault, but network, but either way a disappointment.
Works fine in Berlin, much quicker than calling the service center for taxis. It's also great to be able to rate the driver. It was a bit difficult to find on the interface how to rate at a later time.
I just downloaded the app today and use it In Germany Very easy to use Very simple Very efficient
Got warning messages in German even though I selected English. Help screen is too small to read clearly and not scaleable. Appeared to want some sort of payment to get started. No point in wasting my time on an apparently junk App so I quickly deleted it.
App fully integrated and debugged. Shows location of approaching cab and estimated time of arrival. Wish all apps were this good.
I use this app around Berlin and it very useful at calling taxis. More respond to this app than Uber (in Berlin Uber is taxis). The one problem is that most of the drivers do not take payment with the app, even if you specifically request one that does. They can't figure out how to process the payment or they don't want to and seem surprised that I expect it after including it when I made the request. One of the nice things about Uber is not having to worry about having enough cash. If this app could address that issue, it would be ideal.
I used the app in Zurich for the first time and was mostly happy with the results. I was more independent from hotels and locals to get me a taxi with my lack of good language skills for everyone. I found the app almost used the competitor I use in the USA but decided to try this. It was easy to install, somewhat east to get the addresses recognized and the driver arrived in the time frame committed. I went from the hotel with a hotel derived taxi and it was cheaper for the same route over this taxi called in this app. I am not sure if he was as direct. The other taxi double charged me and this one through the app didn't. So overall I am pleased and will compare taxis a few times with this app to decide.
Reliable app and service works really well
I am very very satisfied with the app, everything works out as it should, it's a matter of minutes between deciding to leave your house and getting into the car. Would recommend it to anyone!
The app worked very well until it started automatically translating words 'gasse' into alley. This has caused confusion for taxi firms, resulting in delayed taxis. Please fix this, as right now I have to use alternatives.
If I can give more than 5 stars, I would.
Just installed the app this morning and it worked perfectly the first time! Setup was a breeze and I booked my first taxi in Berlin and set up some preferred destinations for later bookings. The app had the taxi arrival time correct to the second!
Must download if you use taxis in Europe
Terrible experience this morning. Point showed up correctly on map, Taxi said it was arriving in one minute, I walked outside. Waiting, waiting. Get a call 7 minutes later from central dispatch asking me my address. I tell them the corner I am standing at (exactly the same point indicated on the map of that app). They say okay. Another 7-8 minutes pass, another call. I tell them my address again. Another 5 minutes, I give up and start moving to hail down a cab since I am late to my meeting, find the taxi driver waiting at the wrong intersection. He takes me to my location, and then demands that I pay him an extra 6 euros for his waiting around (as though that is my fault!), then when I refuse to pay threatens to call the police. Terrible service, terrible results, terrible with extra costs for terrible service. Will never use this app again and strongly recommend no one else use it.
So far I find no qualms with the quality of the drivers that picked me up. However, it is concerning when the app crashes while trying to make a reservation or randomly cancels an active one. I am sure this will be fixed and I will continue to use this app religiously.
Really hard to use. Often it gets blocked or displays error dialogs.
Every taxi app should work this way. The gold standard!
Used this app a lot of time, works well at my trip in Berlin. The taxi arrived within 3 minutes. You even can see how it comes closer, no phone call needed.
Uso sempre questa app ogni qualvolta che sono fuori dall'Italia per gestire i miei spostamenti in taxi e la trovo utilissima! Bravi!
I used this in Berlin to order a cab for the next morning at 5am for an early flight. Cab was there ready and waiting in the morning. Super easy and helpful for traveling abroad. It would be nice if there was some sort of confirmation text that your order was received (besides the order in the app).
I used this in Berlin a few nights ago. I needed a taxi for a 7am flight and was staying with a friend on a small side street. Figured my German was poor enough that calling to reserve a taxi would be an adventure. Within 5 minutes I had reserved a 5am taxi. He was there waiting at 5am. You can also easily see where taxis are waiting or what streets they are driving on, so you can hail your own when walking. Very nice.
It's a buggy attempt to stop real innovation. Most of the time you'll end up calling a company... The cabs aren't shown on a map but randomly a list with the distance pops up... If you click overview a bunch of phone signs appear with the direct link to call a cab company... This could potentially be a very big thing, if all companies would've pulled together and develop an app that beats competitors. After all: for being developed by the 'original' cab companies it's a poor app trying to counteract mytaxi's current uprise (which was recently sponsored with 10 million € by Daimler, the most traditional taxi brand in Germany)
